We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and focussed person to work closely with our parents and carers, whether inside or outside school to help overcome students’ barriers to learning, to access education and achieve their potential. This will involve maintaining regular contact, visiting them in the community, putting interventions in place, liaising with relevant staff and professionals to ensure parents and carers are consistently engaged in students’ development and progress.

The Schelwood Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to demonstrably share this commitment.

To assist the Trust HR Manager in being able to provide an efficient and effective service to all applicants, we ask that you provide us with a contact email address and where applicable, provide email addresses for your nominated referees so that references can be sought quickly before the interview date.  Please note that for both teaching and non-teaching roles and as part of the safer recruitment processes, we are required to obtain references before interview.
