Last week was Children’s Mental Health week. I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of all the ways we can support you with your wellbeing and mental health. Please see the attachment, which outlines the various support and remember to check out the Wellbeing channel on Teams. You may also wish to check out the Mental Health and wellbeing support page on the school website (under For Students) for further ways to support your wellbeing and mental health.
If you feel you do some support then please speak to a trusted adult. This may include your Head of Learning, Mrs Smajlaj or a member of the Safeguarding team.
