Inclusion Centre Lead

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, inspirational and creative colleague to run an Inclusion Centre within our school for young people with SEMH needs.

You will:

· Offer outstanding practice in relation to teaching young people with SEMH needs.
· Have sound knowledge and an understanding of developing an informal curriculum, delivering personalised outcomes and intensive one to one interaction.
· Have high expectations of student achievement.
· Be creative and have initiative; striving to bring out the best in students.
· Model strong professional behaviours.
· Have the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
